Cycling with peers is awesome. It’s sociable, motivating and the results are brilliant! In fact, most people find that they tend to average a higher speed when cycling with other people.

The main maintenance habits to start is checking all your bikes key components before you start cycling, for example the tyres, lights, brakes, etc. It is also important to regularly clean your bike to prevent too much grease build up on your chains and to stop any dirt from getting in the way of your brakes and other key parts.
