If you maintain your eScooter well, as well as including regular checks and servicing in your ownership you are unlikely to experience any problems. Your eScooter also comes with 1 years free warranty from the date of purchase. Should you experience any problems or faults in this time period, we will work to replace or repair this as soon as possible.
In most cases you may be able to fix the problem yourself with a little troubleshooting! Your eScooter will show an error code if there is a known issue. Check out the table and photo references below to help diagnose the problem. Most of the time there is just a loose connection that needs to be taken out and plugged back in.
