APRIL NEWSLETTER

Hi All,

As we head into Northern Hemisphere Spring we are seeing lots and lots of sales and marketing activity from our retailers and distributors. We too are extremely busy with advertising to support our retailers and distributors with content creation, website page translations and social ads in more languages than ever before. Our new website launched with only one or two minor glitches, and is now working very well and traffic numbers continue to grow. We shipped more bikes in March than any month in our history, and were not far off this again for April so far! We are bolstering our Marketing department with the hire of a new Marketing Assistant for Kyle as you can read more on below.
Troy and I will be flying out to China on 4th May to 12th May for China Cycle and factory visits afterwards. If you are attending and not yet made an appointment to meet Troy or I, please get in touch as we’d love to catch up face to face.

New Marketing Staff 

This month we have hired a new marketing assistant, Hayley, who starts with the team next Monday, 29/04/2019. This was naturally the next place in the business we needed to expand and we hope to be able to offer you a better marketing service moving forward with the addition of Hayley to Kyles team.  This addition will allow us to better perform and report on the marketing activities we are carrying out for each of you every month and a necessary decision with our growth in recent years.

Reid Retailer Starter Kit

Following on from discussions from some of the yoursleves, we have now made a Retailer Starter Kit that is applicable for all countries. In here a new Reid Retailer can find all the basics to represent Reid on their website and social, as well as more information on the bikes themselves. They will find our logos, brand guidelines, product specifications and product brochure via this link.
