Register your bike

Following some recent developments to our website, REID has now made registering your bike with us available. Stay secure with our secure form, enabling us to track down your purchase, whilst keeping personal and bicycle information in case of theft and damage.

In the unlikely event of something going wrong with your beloved bike, we want to make it right again for you as quickly as possible. By completing the form, we can quickly and easily verify your purchase, knowing exactly which model you have.  Our aim is to keep you in the saddle for as long as possible!

REID Community

This month we created a dedicated section to you, our riders!

This can be found via the community tab on the top navigational bar. This not only includes content for you, in the form of bike assembly guides and downloads, but also content about you and your experiences with our bikes. You, our riders, make REID the international bike brand we have all come to love, through your adventures and passion for our bikes.

REID bikes are ridden all over the world with over 300,000 riders spanning more than 20 countries. There are no boundaries to our riders, who come from all walks or rides of life.

Video shoot

This month we started filming for a new video on our performance range of bikes.  After a great time filming and now with our editing team, we are excited to soon be able to show off the best of the best of our bikes, in a brand new video.

Focusing on road, all road and 27+, watch this space for an awesome video coming soon.

REID soon available in Germany

REID is very excited to announce that we will soon be available in Germany, bringing both our Vintage and Commuter range!

We aim to be the best affordable bike range across Germany and believe we have the right products and partners to achieve that. We are hoping that our distinct REID style, appeals to the residents of Germany as much as it has done for the rest of the world.

So keep a look out for a REID Retailer coming your way soon.

Developing eBikes

Reid’s international product development team have been busy working on expanding the eBike range on offer. Close to first production now are our first entry level city commuter eBike, the City Pulse. You can view the gents version of this now, and the ladies specific model with extra low step through will online within a matter of weeks.

We have also been busy testing our first eMTB, the E-Trail, which uses the Bafang rear drive system and Panasonic battery, and is designed to be an affordable entry to the eMTB world. Featuring hydraulic discs, Shimano gearing and a Suntour suspension fork, the E-Trail eMTB has everything you need to get up those hills quicker, and enjoy a longer adventure. This model will be available towards the end of the year.
