MAY NEWSLETTER
Hi everyone,
As you can see from the below we have been extremely busy on new product, and new material for the products, as well as looking at how we can improve on the production side this month at Reid! This shows our continued commitment to improving as a brand and providing you with the best bikes we can. We continue to grow quickly, and thank you all for your support of Reid over the last 10 years. With a new staff member that joined us last month in the UK, Hayley, now supporting Kyle in Marketing, we now look to expand the team on the production and development side in China. The aim is to be able to provide you all with great quality bikes with great availability on stock throughout all times of the year.
As always, lots to do here at Reid, and again as always, we welcome all feedback.
Kind Regards,
Rob Akam
Managing Director
China Trip
This month James (founder), Troy and I went to China to attend China Cycle but also to visit our factories. As always it was incredibly insightful, and very productive. We tested several new samples, for some exciting projects in the pipeline, keep your eyes peeled! It also gave us an opportunity to look at how we can further improve on the production side. Following this visit we are now looking to hire a bi-lingual QC Admin Coordinator / Shipping Coordinator to improve the flow of information on purchase orders and shipping. This will help our distributors and dealers further down the line of the supply chain, which results in a better experience for you, our customers.
We will now be offering our Girls Classic 16″ in a cream tyre option. There is no increase in price for these, we just think it looks super adorable and gives you more options to get your child the perfect first bike.
