Where can I buy a Reid Watersport?

Not all Watersports are available in all countries. To find out whether the Watersport you’re interested in is available for you, please navigate to the product page for that model.

Under the price it will either tell you whether the product is available or not.

What weight limits do your Watersports have?

In each specifications table on the product page you will find max weights for that individual Watersport.

What is the warranty on Reid Watersports?

All Reid Watersports comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defaults.

How do I clean Reid Watersports?

It’s always recommended to rinse with fresh water and soap when you get home to prevent salt buildup.

Do your Watersports come with a paddle?

All our ISUPS come included with a paddle, the hard paddle boards and Kayaks do not.

What comes included with Reid Inflatable Paddle Boards?

You will receive one deluxe Reid iSUP backpack which includes inside:

1 X iSUP, Fin, Leash, Paddle, Pump and a repair kit.

What is the size of the Reid Inflatable Paddle Boards bag?

The size of the bag will depend what you have packed inside it, however at maximum capacity it is: 105 (H) x 40 (W) x 35 (D)

Do your Paddle Boards come with a Fin included?

Yes they do!

How long does it take to inflate a Reid ISUP?

It all depends on the strength of the pumper! Anywhere between 5 – 15 minutes with our double action pump.

Can I use an electric pump for Reid ISUPS?

We don’t sell them , but you can! Just make sure that the nozzle fits the board.

What PSI should I pump a REID ISUP too?

We recommended 15 PSI for complete rigidity.

Do I have to deflate the ISUP after use?

No you don’t have too, but it is recommended too as not to prevent over-expansion.

How do I deflate my ISUP?

To deflate the ISUP, release the valve and let the air out. You can use the pump’s extract function to fully suck out all the air. You can then roll it up and palace back inside the Reid ISUP bag.

Which way should the ISUP paddle face when I ride?

The ‘scoop’ of the paddle should face backwards when you ride.
