We are excited to showcase our February Retailer of the month: Lisi Bike, located in Kosovo! Lisi Bike have been retailing Reid since last year and are increasingly impressed with the look and quality design of our bikes. Read on to find out more about how they share our value for gaining freedom through the joy of cycling.

Introduce yourselves…

My name is Zejnullah Ademi, I am 36 years old, born in Pristina, Kosovo. Our shop is called Lisi Bike, named after my son Lisi. The store is open from 9am to 7pm,  Monday to Saturday. We sell bicycles, accessories and also repair bicycles.

Where can your store be found?

Our store is located on the street: Hilmi Rakovica, Pristina, Kosovo.

What does cycling mean to you?

For us, cycling means freedom, health, fun, and high adrenaline that you can only get from riding a bike.

How do you integrate with your local community?

We make an effort to really know our customers, we are familiar with almost everyone who comes to the store.  We started with a service shop of 15 square meters in 2015 and now we have grown to a significantly larger store of 100 square meters. We have taken part in several events organized by our municipality. For example, for the international car-free day, on the 22nd of September, we offered some bicycles for free riding.

Do you have any interesting store stories that you can share with us?

One day, I met a man around 60, who had just started riding a bicycle. He said to me how angry he was that he had not started riding a bicycle earlier in life! It made me happy to hear that he had discovered the joy of cycling, even if it was later in life.

How long have you been a Reid retailer?

We started with Reid in 2022 with some of the models: MTB Sport Disc, MTB Sport, Metro 1, and some of their kids bikes: Viper and Scout.

What is your best selling Reid product?

The best selling bike for adults is the Reid MTB Sport Disc, it has an elegant and very durable design, with a reasonable price. While for children, it is the Viper model as it is durable and very light, which is very important for kids.

How has your experience with Reid been?

We have had a very good experience. The bikes are very high quality, which is proven by the guarantee that we are able to give. The bikes are available in very attractive colours and seem to be selling themselves, as we have not created any advertisement for them yet.

Finally, what advice would you give to those who are considering getting into bike riding or perhaps have never tried it before?

I recommend to everyone who is riding a bicycle to take care of their safety first. Make sure you are equipped with helmets, gloves and any other parts you may need.  I also recommend to those who do not have a bicycle to buy one as soon as possible; why not give Reid a go! There are so many benefits, you can improve your health and the environment will thank you!
